Support DataComponentTypes in ItemBuilder/GuiItem

Currently, you can only add `ItemFlag`s to `ItemBuilder`. It would be good to add the new [DataComponentTypes](https://jd.papermc.io/paper/1.21.8/io/papermc/paper/datacomponent/DataComponentTypes.html) with values too, for example to hide tooltips, as `ItemFlag.HIDE_ADDITIONAL_TOOLTIP` is marked as `@Deprecated`.
