Updates to Volunteer Table

We had a client meeting and they wanted some updates to the volunteer table. Here is the list of improvements. Please create a groupchat with the designers to get input from them or ask for designs!

Changes to be made:

1. Separate First and Last name columns
2. A total count visible on the bottom that shows how many volunteers are currently displayed. For example if the user chooses to filter by the tag "Intern," they should see only volunteers with intern tags and the count should display that number of volunteers.
3. Shrink phone number column (get designer input)
4. Ability to sort by names alphabetically
5. Default sorting of volunteers should be by date created. Add date created to the schema for volunteers
6. Ability to search by phone number and email (right now it is just first and last name)
