Trace Width Information in WireJSON

I think it would be handy to have the trace width information available in the traces field, since it is not uniform across the model. 

E.g. rather than sending Arrays of Arrays of points in R3, traces are an array of trace objects which have arrays of point in R3 with their associated width.
