Make tramway_destroy action

In case you add a new Tramway Entity it provides tramway_destroy action by default.

What is tramway_create action:

• shadowed routes DELETE /#{entity_name}s/:id
• shadowed controller actions destroy

tramway_destroy configuration contains options:

• soft-deletion (true, false)
