Contact authors of F-1 Spirit to clarify license status #464

The license of F-1 Spirit is not clear. https://f1spirit.jorito.net/ It seems to belong to Brain Games and was written by Santi Ontañón but also was part of some Linux distributions https://repology.org/projects/?search=f1spirit but also there it's not clear what the license is. The latest source code download wouldn't say much and Brain Games is defunct.
