Add preset folder to save files

Hey,

Could you add a input to set a path to save a file to the system, that way also automatically save the file to it, without asking where to save.

Ideally, the filename should also include the chat title as to better differentiate.

title-chat-export-2026-03-04.md instead of chat-export-2026-03-04.md

As well as include that option I asked in the other issue, where you can include that post-save popup info in the file itself (in one line) and/or not show the popup at all.

So, two additional settings.

1- Not show the popup
2- Include extract info into file, in one line, first line.
