@RalphLipe, here's another case where we appear to be too strong for any of the defined bids when advancing a takeout double. So the bot currently passes instead of bidding (I've added 2C as the expected bid for now).

Thanks for all these test cases. Right now responder does a horrible job in competition. That is the next thing I am going to work on. Hopefully have some good progress in a few days
