Revise the community prefix in Plexus

In Plexus, there is the community prefix (which is currently used to distinguish between the community with auditors and regular peers. However, I'm not sure if we want this distinction since it adds yet another layer of complexity. Instead, we might want to use a different community ID to distinguish between different (but related) communities.
