Support for version 20.1?

Would it be possible to add in the URLs for 20.1? I can also do it if you have a suggestion for how to generate the changes to the sources.

If I have a few spare hours in the next couple weeks I'll take a shot at getting 20.1 working; feel free to beat me to it and open a PR, though. I followed the approach taken here to get Quartus working in Nix: https://github.com/bjornfor/nixos-config

I managed to figure out the base URL (https://download.altera.com/akdlm/software/acdsinst/20.1std/711/ib_installers) for version 20.1.0.711, but I ran into an error where the script attempts to set permissions on something but can't.
