   • Make it mobile responsive as accuratetly as possible
   • In the noteable.tsx desktop view, make sure it's scrollable horizontally
   • Utilize Tailwindcss
   • Match Figma design & maintain state transitions and colors

3. Test & Commit:

   • Ensure Responsive layout and color consistency
