Implement Offers Received Tab with Loan Offers Table

Description:

Create the "Offers Received" tab under the Get a Loan page to display loan offers received on NFTs used as collateral.

Requirements:

Add "Offers Received" tab to Get a Loan page navigation
Display table with loan offer UI By the way, the UI for all this has been created already all u need to do is route it to the page

Acceptance Criteria:

• Offers Received tab is visible and functional
• Table displays all required loan offer information
• Filters work correctly (percentage, duration, currency)
• Pagination is implemented
• NFT listing information panel is displayed
• Accept buttons are functional
• Remove/Update listing buttons work
• Responsive design matches existing patterns

Technical Notes:

Integrate with existing loan offer data structure
Ensure proper handling of multiple offers per NFT
Implement proper state management for offer acceptance
