fill-opacity is broken with BlueMap

Describe the Bug

Whenever you adjust the fill-opacity in the config file, it does not behave as expected. The only two values that work are 0.0 and 1.0. No other values in between (like 0.3) seem to work at all.

Expected Behavior

The opacity is supposed to be granular, like the setting suggests, not on/off.

Sorry for the late response, but I'll take a look at it. I think I fixed some BlueMap color issues in v3.0.0, so if I find anything else, those fixes will also be released in v3.0.0.

Should be fixed in v3.0.0. Please try the alpha version and let me know if it doesn't work. Thanks for reporting!
