Support multiple versions of Combatlogs indepdenently #36

This is a goal that is likely always out of range.
It would be very nice to have support for conditional parsing based on the combatlog version that the file states in the first line.
This would make it backwards compatible with old logs (if you want to look at those).
Providing the combatlog version when parsing is trivial, but figuring out the changes between versions is going to be a bit more rough, since blizzard documents none of this publicly. All of my info starting this project stemmed from outdated 3rd (4th?!) party wiki articles that are questionable in terms of reliability and quality of information.
The current state of the project is more or less based on Combat Log Version 20.
So any version from 20 and up should theoretically see support. (does version 21 exist or did they skip directly to 22?).
