Disabling Highlights also disables info overlay.

Disabling 'Highlight Crucible' or 'Highlight Waterfall/Lava Pool' also prevents the 'Crucible Info Overlay' from working and makes 'Lava/Waterfall Info Overlay' only appear when hovering over it.

Also, 'Show Crucible content and quality' setting doesn't seem to do anything.
