Lava/Waterfall Info Overlay

Would it be possible to reinstate/introduce a toggle to the way the Lava/Waterfall Info Overlay previously operated? The most recent update has caused it to only appear when hovering, instead of keeping it shown if it was last clicked. This makes clicking the next tool slighlty more annoying since you can't however the tool and still see the number of actions required at the same time.
