[Feature] Menu entry swapper for Kovac #28
Description
Can the plugin automatically swap between hand-in and commission conditionally?
- hand-in: if you are holding a completed sword
- commission: if you don't have a sword or commission
- Else, fall back to whatever the user' defined menu entry swapper says it should be.
