• WPF Port - MainWindow Prototype

  Finish all logic for MainWindow.xaml to create a fully working and usable prototype of TE, but keep using WinForms windows for everything else. The point of this is to keep all Command.cs / EditorActions.cs logic as-is, yet still have a fully working app with just FormMain ported.
