Gooo does not swap between different layouts

Right now, gooo-layout html attribute and goooNavigation.ts does not swap between different layouts.

Solution would be to make it so that you can have the gooo-layout="{layoutName}" so that we can differentiate between different layouts and reset the page entirely between page routes.
