[1.19.2] Refined Storage Exporter w/ Stack Upgrade Voids Items for Slow Grinder

What happens:
Intended Behavior:
Refined Storage Exporter with a Stack Upgrade inserts up to a stack of the selected item into whatever it is pointing at. Works fine with other IC2 Machines.
Bugged Behavior: When attempting to export into the Slow Grinder, no matter how many items are inside the Slow Grinder's 1st input slot, 0, 32, 63 (not 64, since that is considered full and will not export items into it), the Exporter will send a full stack of the item from it's storage into the Slow Grinder, and the Slow Grinder's 1st Input Slot will max out at 64 items, and then proceed to void the entire rest.

Reproduction steps that were done for the video:

1. Setup Refined Storage system that stores items, example item used was cobblestone. Item can be stored within RS storage disks, or in containers with External Storages.
2. Place Slow Grinder and power it via any means
3. Connect an Exporter into the Slow Grinder and hook it up to the RS system.
4. Insert a Stack Upgrade into the Exporter.
5. Configure the Exporter to export Cobblestone into the Slow Grinder.

Other notes: Refined Storage v1 is no longer maintained by their developers, so if this is an issue on their side, while the issue can be created on their v1 Github, a fix from their side likely isn't gonna happen. (But posting it over there is probably a good idea for any other people stumbling upon this issue, even if it is niche.)
Additionally, players can work around this issue by simply exporting the items to be scrapped into a container that is to be imported from via other means to be exported into the Slow Grinder.
Or just don't use a Stack Upgrade. It was only necessary for me because I was using Sawblade Upgrades which rapidly sped up the Slow Grinder.
