Feat: API accessible

It would be helpful to have an API end point to post requests and provide an MCP option. Ideally those of us devs running TinyClaw in a home lab would like the ability to expose it to our internal/local network and optionally open up and expose a public API end point. Secured comms with options like basic auth, oAuth, or OpenID Connect would be amazing. Perhaps tRPC?

Implementing this in #20, it expose an API endpoint for the queue, and with ngrok you can send message to the agent AOE!
