🗺️ Roadmap

Phase 1: Foundation Setting (2019 – 2021)

2019: Conducted product research and defined the core technology direction.
2020: Formed the core development team.
May 2021: Launched Hora OS – the original open-source platform, serving as the foundation for the future TingChain Application.
June 2021: Partnered with DTS to launch DxSpace – a community development platform for Web3.

Phase 2: Ecosystem Formation (2023 – 2025)

2023: Introduced Ting Ecosystem – an integrated Web3 ecosystem combining multiple platforms and services.
Q4/2024: Launched the Testnet
Focused on performance evaluation, security, and EVM compatibility.
Q1/2025: Listed Toncapy – the pioneering community-driven project within TingEco, reaching 5.5 million holders and successfully raising $7 million in funding.

Phase 3: Infrastructure Expansion (2025 – 2026)

Q2/2025: Launch of TingChain Mainnet

  • Official deployment.
  • Integrated with CDK and Polygon’s AggLayer for full scalability and EVM compatibility.
  • Launched the first DEX on Ting Application Chain's mainnet.

Q3/2025: Released SDK & Developer Tools

  • Encouraged the development and scaling of Ethereum-based dApps.

Q4/2025: Cross-chain Liquidity

  • Introduced staking, lending, and liquidity pool creation across multiple blockchains.

Q1–Q2/2026: Community Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Focused on collaborations with leading DeFi and GameFi projects to drive user engagement.

Q3–Q4/2026: Ecosystem Expansion

  • Deeper integration of gaming and decentralized identity projects, especially platforms linked with Telegram.

Phase 4: Growth & Global Expansion (2026 – 2030)

2026–2028:
– Position TingChain as a dedicated digital infrastructure for Web3.
– Deploy Web3-specialized infrastructure in key sectors:
• Digital Education (on-chain EdTech, NFT certificates)
• Digital Finance (asset tokenization, CBDC integration)
• Decentralized Identity (DID) (eKYC, identity layer)
• Digital Assets (real-world asset tokenization – RWA)
– Ensure compatibility and integration with national digital infrastructures such as NDAChain.

2028–2030:
– Continue product innovation and ecosystem expansion.
– Support startups, educational institutions, and communities.
– Establish TingChain Application as a leading digital infrastructure platform in the Asia-Pacific region and expand globally through:
• International partnership networks
• Sustainable revenue from digital products, network fees, B2B & B2G services
• Positioning as a “Blockchain for Society” – transparent, secure, and community-driven.
