File written to TemporaryDirectory disappears

I have the following snippet:

    async with (
        aiohttp.ClientSession() as session,
        session.get(url, params=params, headers=headers) as response,
        aiofiles.tempfile.TemporaryDirectory() as temp_dir,
    ):
        file_path = Path(temp_dir) / file_name
        response_bytes: bytes = await response.read()

        async with aiofiles.open(file_path, mode="wb") as f:
            await f.write(response_bytes)

            # the file is present after `write`

    # but it gets removed after the context manager exits! 💥

Is it possible to keep this file in temp_dir for further processing?
