Controls don’t work

When I activate Spotify, I can see the song that is playing on the Fitbit app, but the controls don’t work. They are grayed out and there is no response when I touch them.

Device is a Versa 2

I've got the same problem it let me see the song but when I press pause or anything it changes on the watch but it doesn't actually do anything to the Spotify
I'm using the Versa Lite

I also have the same issue. I am using versa 2 and it opens up the controls and i can see the song playing. But cant control the stop, pause, forward or rewind options! Pls help!
