Hourly mode #5
Description
We compare the files actetranspiration.out and potetranspiration.out for each case. With a daily mode there is daily data on these files and hourly data when we are under a hourly mode.
For the daily mode there is no problem : the actual values are always lower than the potential values (as far as I checked but I think this is always true).
For the hourly mode (cases 2, 4, 6 and 10) some actual values are really higher than the potential values. We can get a 20% difference which is too big.
I think there is an error when switching from daily to hourly data.
