Allow per-deployment configuration of account and credentials #6
Description
Right now the micro-BOSH instance is hardwired to work against one account and one set of API credentials specified in the micro-BOSH manifest. We may want to move these settings into the release deployment manifest so that large customers can target sub-accounts.
