Support customers deploying their own micro-BOSH servers #5
Description
Right now the only way to deploy a micro-BOSH server is to use our custom BOSH CLI gem from source code. This isn't an ideal mechanism for customers because it's complicated to figure out.
We need a good long-term story that allows customers to deploy their own micro-BOSH instances. This will probably involve publishing a Tier3-specific BOSH CLI gem, or even better, contributing the Tier3 CLI to the BOSH mainline.
