License clarification request

Hi,
Can you please clarify the license the software is available under (eg Apache, MIT, GPL, etc?)
I work work with a hospital treating Fontan patients and would like to help them set this up, but since there may be commercial entities involved in the hosting/setup, we need to understand if commercial use is ok.
