Importing vCard elements should always have a TYPE= #53
Description
With importing from other sources elements like MAIL, TEL, ADR may not have a parameter "TYPE=".
With those cases an appropriated default should be used, eg MAIL:abcd@xyz.qw should become EMAIL;TYPE=HOME:abcd@xyz.qw.
Default parameters have to be defined with separate 'default' or 'settings' store.
