Total grants published chart doesn't calculate total grants for older data #5
Description
In the DQD this data, which has grants going back to 1995 has zero grants showing in the 'older date' section of DQD
The issue is the same on the preview page.
The equivalent charts in 360Insights and GrantNav show the proper amount (over 11k grants) in the 'older data'
