Grants to funder don't show if recipient & funding org ID don't match (but are for same org) #15
Description
Funding flows/regranting visualisation needs to allow for alternative org IDs.
Indigo Trust has given it a grant to CF Tyne & Wear using its charity number to identify it - and it appears in this funding flow: http://dev.covidtracker.threesixtygiving.org/funder/GB-CHC-1075920
However CF Tyne & Wear uses its company number for their funding org identifier, and at the moment the grant it received from Indigo doesn't show: http://dev.covidtracker.threesixtygiving.org/funder/GB-COH-02273708
This works ok with examples of recipient & funding org IDs matching - eg
