OPML handler has hardcoded lists of valid tags to dump and load

This is wrong, as it could fail to dump a necessary tag, or load an out of date tag and incorrectly populate the config.

In addition, as the config keys aren't written in stone, opml files generated with an old version of inforss won't necessarily be loadable with a newer version.
