If possible make SDML independent of formats #39
Description
Investigate opportunity to untie SDML from any concrete format. Would be awesome if SDML could be presented in different formats - XML, YAML, JSON etc.
If this will become possible, this project will no longer be the SDML. Due to nature of planned result it will be renamed on SDDS - Software Development Documentation Standard or something like this. Basically, this project won't be markup language anymore. This is will be the standard of programming documentation.
