Add EsLint

ESLint is the basic js styling checker. We probably would have lots of errors. But its definitely needed for readability and maintainability sake.

this should be finished. But I am waiting for benton to merge to main so I can deal with the stupid amount of merge conflicts That will come. Then I can also check lint to make sure it also passes.
