Web Browser Channel Select clearing sporadically

Noticed this myself but a couple users have reported it to us as well. Channel Select list is clearing randomly without any true reason after 9.3 update. Happening on multiple browsers (Reported on Firefox and Edge so far) but have not found any correlation between when it happens and anything else going on.

The only thing that I can assume, is that I have two hidden systems that add WVSIRN and OH MARCS TG's that is not visible to the public list. It's possible talkgroups are being auto-populated and causing channel lists to reset, even though the public group does not see that system. I've disabled auto-populate for the moment to test and see if that's what's causing it.

Update.. I believe Auto-Populate is causing the channel list to reset. I made sure to disable Auto-Populate on all systems and I did not lose channel list overnight. Will see if that continues to hold true.
