The Inference_methods directory contains all files used to run the inference tools on SERGIO output, on the PSB cluster.
Create_dfs.R is the code for manipulation of inference sets to dataframes used for creation of plots and further analysis.
Plots.Rmd contains code used for the creation of plots.
GRN_inference_OLD.Rmd is a file containing the first results and analyses. It is outdated yet included for completion, and possibly for interpretation.
