Parallel-RDP not working on 4th generation Intel CPUs (Haswell)???.

I have tried with simple64 and Rosalie's Mupen GUI and since approximately 2 years the emulator has closed on Haswell CPUs (feb, 2023) This CPU is supposed to be x64-v3 but it still does not work, what could it be?

Core i7 4770K
Geforce GTX 1070
OS: Windows 10 22H2

It was working on my i5 4670 a few months ago, before i got a new PC.

I suspect there's something wrong with Vulkan, which is GPU related. Maybe update the Nvidia drivers?
