Certain glyphicons fail to appear

Not an experienced computer guy. Tried adding a glyphicon to a site and noticed it does not appear. I tried checking the bootstrap of my file manager but not sure what's wrong/missing. Checked Github for issues and found outdated threads, only got so far.

One glyphicon, which I am trying to use, and that does not appear is: education.
