frontend: implement profile #24
Description
As a user, once i've gone through the registration process, I would like to be able to visit and update my profile on login.
Acceptance Criteria:
- User Profile presents all data collected during the registration process
- User Profile allows the user to update their responses
- User is able to navigate to the mentor marketplace from the profile
