Comment and domain missing from exported XLIFF #3

Exporting a job to be saved as an XLIFF file results in the custom comment, and domain meta-data not being included.
Steps to reproduce
- Export a file to LocConnect (this step may not be necessary)
- Click to export the same job as XLIFF
