PM custom comment printed twice

If a PM enters a custom comment to include when exporting a job, the comment is then shown twice in the Meta-Data section of the export page.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Author Central, import a LocConnect job.
2. Send to the PM
3. As PM, choose to export the job
4. When asked, type in a comment to be exported with the job
5. On the next import screen, you will see the PM's comment listed twice in the Meta-Data section
