The active class should be defined explicitly in colour.css

The definition for .active is designed (I presume) for the menu in the header, however because it's loosely defined it also applies to other elements, i.e. table rows

Suggested solution is changing the definitions on lines 8, 23 of colour.css to restrict the definition to span tags or items within an unordered list.
