Customer Replies and Cancellations

Customers should receive a confirmation (via
discord) when they make an order. They should also be able to cancel an order
within a certain amount of time, and receive a confirmation of the cancellation.

There seems to be an issue with the products database. I will need to look at this but my last 2 weeks were packed.

i have a working API. IF we can get this, that would be a somewhat complete product.
