Complete the recommend function

Create a recement function, check the users orders and recommend products. Display a number of products based off similar products. (product_id, price range, or random?)

Recommend currently returns 5 random product Ids.

I have something written to randomize the objects in the below function. Similar to what we have written in the recommend function. It should display random product Ids from the table of products that Theo loads called products. It should display 10 items below the price input by the user. It doesn't break when I use the debugger but is having issues somewhere else in the program.
