allow other xpick versions with diffrent aoe radii

allow the server admin to configure explosive picks to have diffrent radii and have multipul versions per server

I dont know how exactly you plan to allow for this? The ways I think of are kinda not the best so I dont know where I sit on the fence for this. The one way I can think of is mapping lore strings to an AOE value and letting them config that. But I dont know how I feel about letting them modify lore strings at any time as that breaks previous picks already in the world. Any idea how best to allow this customization because I am not seeing it.
