Expose AutoMob setting in the GUI per player #59

There are currently 3 empty slots in the GUI (and possibly in commands, not available there either) - allowing the player to turn off automob would serve as a workaround for #54, and would demonstrate how #55 could be improved to resolve expectations of code quality.
