new executable pakage results in wheel of death on opening aviewer

while it is good to see the update https://github.com/ThePacielloGroup/aviewer/releases/tag/v2.0.4
I installed it on windows 11 after installation when i attempt to open it freezes, note that i previously downloded exe from dev branch https://github.com/ThePacielloGroup/aviewer/blob/Develop/package/Aviewer64bit.exe and it works fine
