Eye dropper tool non functional. #381

Describe the bug
Selecting the eyedropper tool does not turn the cursor into a selection tool as it did in the past.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Mac Sequoia
- Version 15.4 (24E248)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Open CCA, click eye dropper, notice tile turns blue but cursor remains the same and unable to select or get color code.
Expected behavior
Open CCA, click eye dropper, notice tile turns blue and cursor turns into color selection tool and able to get the color code.
