Upgrade Electron to fix performance issue on macOS 26 Tahoe

Describe the bug
I used this script to identify electron apps that have not yet been updated to resolve a serious performance issue on macOS 26 Tahoe. CCA came up as not having been updated to use a fixed version of Electron.

See screenshot below.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS 26.1
• Version of CCA: 3.5.5

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
Bump Electron to at least versions v38.2.0, v37.6.0 and v36.9.2

Additional context
This is a tool I usually have open for a short time, rather than persistently open like Slack or Visual Studio Code, so it is not as critical of an issue, but would still be great to have fixed.
