Intermittently recording "Chest of Gold" and other chests (Pinnacle Cache, etc)

Brief Description of Bug

I've purchased between 1-2 "Chest of Gold" items using "Algari Token of Merit" across 8+ alts, even though it shows the vendor record correctly, the actual looting of the chests seems to intermittently show up.

The result is my Incoming gold count is lower than it should be. I've normally open these immediately when I exchange for them, I've went back and checked alts I don't see them in any bags.

While writing this, I did a test on my rogue, and sure enough the vendor record is there, but no looting is recorded.

This doesn't appear to happen to just "Chest of Gold", but other chests like "Pinnacle Cache" (from Archives: Seeking History weekly)

Buy "Chest of Gold" using "Algari Token of Merit", open. Complete Archives: Seeking History quest, loot chest.

So I got these errors later on in a Delve, which basically prevented Journalator from showing anything in its UI until I did a /reload. Not entirely sure they are related though, since I encountered the above issues before these errors were even shown. I have however ran into this a few times where UI does not show at all until a /reload is done.

Turned debug mode on to see if it would help, bought 4 Algari Token, then bough 2 Chest of Gold, gold only recorded once in Loot Window and only one chest recorded in Vendors. Only 58s matters, the older ones were done on alts.

I honestly think it has something to do with characters who have a special (alt+) character in their name, seems like it logs fine for regular alphanumeric characters.
