Port powerups from the custom powerups patch #7
Description
By no means I'll port every single powerup from the original patch, it's going to be horrible. I'll pick a few which will be provided as a separate download, bringing back the powerup as addons mentality from the custom powerups patch v2.0.0
Powerups to be ported:

- SMB3 Hammer Suit
- Custom Boomerang Suit
- NSMB Mini Mushroom
- NSMB Shell Suit
- NSMBWii Ice Flower
- SMG Cloud Flower
